Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey: We have to bond and gel as a team to ensure success

Aaron Ramsey has hailed Arsenal's young prospects and insists the growing understanding in midfield is setting up the club for a bright future.

The Welshman is among a number of young rising stars at the Emirates, with the likes of Jack Wilshere, Francis Coquelin and Emmanuel Frimpong at Arsene Wenger’s disposal having broken into the first team.

“There's plenty of young talent there and we have to bond even more and gel as a team throughout the years,” Ramsey told Arsenal Player. “Hopefully we'll make it successful for many years.

And the 20-year-old believes it is key that they continue to work together in order to bond as a team and ensure a successful future for the club.

“It's important that you have that core, that you've been together for a few years and you understand each other," he told the website. “It'll only make us stronger because you realise what to do on the pitch.”
