Novara vs Parma preview - De Salvo has confidence in Tesser

Novara club administrator Massimo De Salvo has given coach Attilio Tesser a vote of confidence ahead of the home game against Parma.
Novara are 19th in Serie A, three points adrift of safety with one win in 11 league games.
Despite this, De Salvo has thrown his support behind the coach.
He said: "We have confidence in Tesser and we believe he can turn things around.
"Not only is our coach's place not at risk, but I can also confirm that he will continue to guide the team also next season.
"We will reinforce the team in the winter transfer market and we will do everything to avoid the drop."
Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Genoa was Novara's sixth loss of the campaign and they will be desperate to clinch their first win since September 20 when they stunned Inter Milan.
Novara's main problem has been in defence, with the club having the worst back line in the competition with 20 goals given away.
Weekend opponents Parma have clinched just one win away from home this season but the Ducale club makes the journey to the Silvio Piola stadium on the back of last weekend's 2-0 triumph over Udinese.
That result was Parma's fifth win of the campaign and lifted the Gialloblu to 10th place.
Parma coach Franco Colomba expects more of the same from his players this weekend.
"I saw a solid squad with the right humility and desire to do well against Udinese," Colomba said.
"That is the attitude I want to see from my players in every game."
