Adebayor: Redknapp is like Mourinho

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor likens the man-managing skills of his current manager to the one he worked under during his stint at Real Madrid.
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is held in high regard by Adebayor and was revealed to be the main factor behind his move to Tottenham.
After three months on loan at his new club from Manchester City, Adebayor feels that his current manager, Harry Redknapp, has similiar man-management skills to Mourinho.
Speaking to Hotspur magazine, the former Arsenal man said: "Harry Redknapp is a top manager. I would put him closer to Mourinho because of the way he treats players.
"He gives you full confidence. He too knows how to talk to players and that makes him special as well.
Adebayor then disclosed that 'The Special One' still tracks his progress at White Hart Lane.
"I have huge respect for Mourinho. learned a lot at Real Madrid. Even after my goal at Wolves I woke up the next morning and had a message from him.
"That is what he is like and it is appreciated."
Redknapp is currently recovering from a minor heart surgery performed last Wednesday and is expected to be back in the Tottenham hotseat soon.
