Juventus have already shown an ability to win big games on the road this season so they are full of confidence heading into the trip to Napoli.
The league leaders won 2-1 at Inter Milan last weekend and are one point clear of Udinese and Lazio.
Napoli, like Inter, are competing in this season's Champions League.
"The season is long," Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio said. "We have a big game at Napoli and this is a very difficult test for us.
"Then after the international break we will face Palermo and Lazio.
"We have a complicated calendar ahead of us and we only must think about remaining in the top position in the standings.
"We are satisfied with how we've started the campaign.
"Against the big teams we have not made mistakes so far and that is a positive sign."
Juve, coached by Antonio Conte, are the only unbeaten team in Serie A this season.
Rivals Napoli go into the encounter at the San Paolo stadium eager to return to winning ways.
The Azzurri fell 2-1 at Catania last weekend before going down 3-2 at Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri was nevertheless pleased with his team's performance in Germany and hopes his side can hand a similar display against Juve.
"Despite the loss, it was a great performance from my players," Mazzarri said. "We are happy with what we did against a phenomenal Bayern side.
"Now we face another big game against Juventus and we must be ready."
Napoli are fifth in the standings, five points adrift of Juve.
Conte will have all of his players available while the hosts are without midfielder Mario Santana, who serves a one-match ban this weekend.
