Roma has not been in contact for Ajax's Siem de Jong, says agent

A number of top European sides are lining up for the services of Ajax midfielder Siem de Jong and his brother Luuk de Jong of Twente, agent Marco De Marchi has told Goal.com.
Roma has been strongly linked with the Ajax midfielder who is a reported target for the winter transfer window.
De Jong, 22, signed a long term deal in Amsterdam during the summer that will keep him there until 2015.
However, his agent for Italy has revealed a number of teams want him and his brother, but he did not confirm an interest from Roma.
"De Jong, and his brother Luuk are being followed by top European clubs and their situations could become clearer in either January or June," De Marchi told Goal.com. "However, there has not been any contact with Roma. But, if there is an interesting situation in Italy or in other leagues then we will evaluate it."
Ajax is currently fifth in the Eredivisie and plays Utrecht on Sunday.
