Tesser: We must beat Lecce

Novara coach Attilio Tesser is targeting a first away win of the season against Lecce on Sunday.
Tesser's men have picked up just one point of a possible 12 on their travels since gaining promotion to the top flight this summer.
Wednesday's 1-1 draw against Siena ended a run of two straight defeats for Novara but it was of little comfort for the Piedmont club as the result saw them slip into the bottom three.
Tesser admits his team has plenty of room for improvement ahead of Sunday's game.
"We are making too many mistakes and we have to do better," he said. "We need to make the most of our chances and show more organisation at the back.
"We have to play with more confidence away from home and we must win on Sunday."
Novara have given away six goals and found the back of the net just once in their last three games.
They have not enjoyed a victory since beating Inter Milan 3-1 on September 20.
Lecce are unlikely to hand Novara any favours as they are also in desperate need of a win.
Wednesday's 2-0 loss at Palermo was Lecce's fifth defeat in six games and left Eusebio Di Francesco's side in 19th place, two points adrift of Novara.
"We have to work hard to resolve the individual mistakes we are making because with respect to determination, I can't fault my players," Di Francesco said.
Lecce will be without David Di Michele, with the Italian forward still out with a muscular injury.
