Bayern Munich midfielder Danijel Pranjic has been given the all-clear to pursue a transfer in January, should he decide to leave the club.
The 29-year-old has found playing time hard to come by this season and coach Jupp Heynckes will not stand in his way should a suitable team pursue his signature.
"Normally I'd only let a player leave in January over my dead body," the trainer said according to Spox. "If Danijel wishes to leave, though, he can."
The former Heerenveen star previously cast doubt over his future in Munich, citing his frustrating start to the season.
"This season is going very badly for me," he told Bild. "Maybe I need to look for a new team, this is an option. I want to play. I think I will leave in the winter."
Pranjic signed with Bayern in the summer of 2009 and earned regular playing time under Louis van Gaal. However, since Heynckes took over as coach this summer, the Croatia international has made just one appearance.
