Roma coach Luis Enrique has insisted he is happy with his side's display in Wednesday's away game against Genoa, despite eventually losing the Serie A encounter 2-1.
"I am quite happy with our performance as I feel we played pretty well. We really deserved to win in my opinion," Luis Enrique said at the post-match press conference.
The former Barcelona B boss feels his team dominated proceedings at the Luigi Ferraris and actually deserved to emerge from the match with all three points rather than none.
"I can only praise the players for their display," he continued. "The lads played exactly as I want them to play. This was the Roma I want to see. We still have room for improvement, but this is my Roma."
