LEGEND ... Duncan Ferguson
DUNCAN FERGUSON is back at Everton and working for free in a bid to earn a coaching career.
Big Dunc, a Goodison legend after an 11-year stay over two spells, has been working with the Blues youngsters.
The 6ft 4in former striker has been putting in 12-hour days largely with the club's Under-16s.
And he has made such an impression that boss David Moyes has admitted he could become part of the backroom team.
Moyes revealed: "Duncan isn't a qualified coach yet, but we have got him in and he's happy working down at the academy.
"He's showing he wants to do it. He is putting the hours and the effort in.
"He still has to get his B licence and A licence but he is shadowing Academy chief Alan Irvine.
"Could it lead to something here? It could do, but you need your qualifications and that is the first thing.
"I didn't foresee him going into coaching but he he has come back and I think he misses the smell of football a bit."
