Stirling vs Brechin City preview - Late Langfield bid fails

Stirling have failed in a bid to bring in Aberdeen goalkeeper Jamie Langfield ahead of the clash with Brechin City.
Jocky Scott swooped for the Dons stopper as cover for the injured Callum Reidford, only for Langfield to opt to remain at Pittodrie to fight for his place.
Scott will be without Daly McSorley, who injured himself at work last week, but Shaun Dillon will return after a hamstring problem.
Albion have not won since the second league game of the season but their manager expects that run to end soon.
Scott said: "It has been a while since we picked up three points but we played well at times against Airdrie.
"If we reach that level of performance again - and keep it up for 90 minutes - we will do okay in this one."
Brechin are without three players.
Gerry McLauchlan has a knee complaint, industrious midfielder Craig Molly is suffering from a groin problem and speedy winger Derek Carcary is hampered by a knee injury.
Despite a sluggish start to the season, manager Jim Weir is seeing signs things are falling into place for his side.
He said: "We lost 3-2 to Arbroath last weekend and, while no defeat is ever palatable, that one was easier to take as we were much more like the side I want us to be, especially going forward.
"What we have to improve on now is our defensive duties and if everyone does that, we will win more games than we lose."
