Andy Rodgers was the hero for Stenhousemuir as his late goal handed them a dramatic 2-1 win over struggling East Fife.

Stenhousemuir took a first-half lead thanks to a fine effort from Stewart Kean, the striker netting impressively from the middle of the area.

The visitors offered a spirited response and managed to draw themselves level just 11 minutes into the second half.

Striker Ryan Wallace notched his fourth goal of the season as he stroked home from the edge of the box despite being surrounded by defenders.

But the bottom side had their hearts broken in the dying moments as Rodgers fired in the winner from close range with just two minutes remaining.
