Ten-man Dundee secured a last-gasp 1-0 victory at Raith Rovers to end their winless run of five games.

The visitors lost midfielder Stephen O'Donnell inside the opening half-hour for two bookable offences.

Raith finished the first-half dominating, with Danny Thompson bringing a smart save out of Robert Douglas

But Douglas was not stretched afterwards with Raith missing the target more often than not.

Dundee were content to look for opportunities to grab a goal on the break in the second half.

And they took their only chance when Nicholas Riley fired home from the edge of the box with only five minutes left.
