Dumbarton vs Arbroath preview - Lithgow boost for Sons

Dumbarton manager Alan Adamson has defender Alan Lithgow available after suspension for the visit of Arbroath. However, it is unlikely the Sons boss will make any changes to the side which beat East Fife 6-0 away from home in their last outing.
Defender Ryan Borris remains out with a groin problem, while on-loan pair Dominic Kennedy and Ross McKinnon are likely to be handed a place among the substitutes.
Adamson said: "It would be hard to make any changes after our last result and performance, as we played really well and have set a standard that I want us to maintain.
"Arbroath have started the season well so we will need to hit that standard to get another three points."
Table-topping Arbroath include new signing, defender Kevin Brown, in their squad for the trip.
Fellow front man Pedram Ardalany is also included after a successful trial earned him a deal with the league leaders, and the only absentee for the Gayfield men is front man Jordan Elfverson, who remains out with an ankle injury.
Player-manager Paul Sheerin is cautious of Saturday's opposition, saying: "Any team that scores six goals at East Fife demands great respect and that is what we will give Dumbarton.
"We have got off to a good start in the league but that has been on the back of three home games so we are not getting carried away."
"We have to now show we can pick up wins on our travels."
