England ace Peter, 30 — who left Spurs for Stoke City in a £12million deadline day signing — performed nappy-changing duties in 90°F temperatures on the isle of Capri.
One onlooker said: "They looked like any other family together."
Abbey was back in Britain for last night's GQ Awards. Meanwhile Peter should make his Stoke debut against Liverpool on Saturday.
