Owen Hargreaves misses out on Manchester City’s Champions League squad

OWEN HARGREAVES has seen his dream of a Euro clash against Bayern Munich snuffed out.
Hargreaves joined Manchester City this week and immediately targeted the group-stage tie with his old club.
But the midfielder's hopes have been squashed after he was left out of City's Champions League squad.
He may yet play in the tournament though, as Roberto Mancini can review the 25-man list in January.
Wayne Bridge also missed out although there is a spot for Kolo Toure, who has served his six-month drug ban.
