Suarez: Coates has completed move to Liverpool

Luis Suarez says fellow Uruguayan Sebastian Coates has completed a move to join him at Liverpool.

Nacional de Montevideo has already told The Associated Press that it will receive around $11.5 million from Liverpool for the 20-year-old center back.

Suarez wrote on his Facebook page late Tuesday: “I want to welcome Coates, partner in the uruguayan team, friend and great player who just signed for Liverpool! WELCOME!”

Liverpool is yet to confirm the deal.
