CRISTIANO RONALDO hit a hat-trick as REAL MADRID began La Liga season with a 6-0 win at REAL ZARAGOZA.
The ex-Manchester United ace scored in the 24th, 71st and 87th minutes — the EIGHTH time he has netted at least three in a game for Real.
Marcelo, Xabi Alonso and Kaka also scored as Jose Mourinho's men ran riot.
BARCELONA have a crisis in defence ahead of tonight's clash with VILLARREAL.
Adriano (leg) has joined defenders Carles Puyol, Gerard Pique and Maxwell on the injury list while Dani Alves is serving a ban.
Samuel Eto'o hit a debut goal to earn ANZHI MAKHACHKALA a 1-1 draw with FC ROSTOV on Saturday.
Eto'o, who signed for the Russians from Inter Milan on a £345,000-a- week deal, came off the bench to level on 80 minutes.
