Tottenham have been drawn with Irish side Shamrock Rovers in the Europa League group stage.
Rovers, who became the first Irish side to reach the group stages of a European competition with a superb win over Partizan Belgrade, will face Tottenham, Rubin Kazan and PAOK Salonika in Group A.
Stoke have been handed a tricky group after being pitted against Dynamo Kiev, Besiktas and Hapoel Tel Aviv in Group E.
Fulham face FC Twente from Holland, Odense from Denmark and Wisla Krakow from Poland in Group K.
Championship outfit Birmingham will face Rangers' conquerors Maribor along with Club Brugge and Braga in Group H.
If Celtic are successful in replacing Sion, who are alleged to have breached a transfer ban, they would be in Group I with Atletico Madrid, Udinese and Rennes.
