Hugo Rodallega is refusing to cash in on Wigan striker Hugo Rodallega before the transfer deadline.

The £12m-rated Colombian is in the final year of his contract and claimed last month that Arsenal, Villarreal and Seville wanted him.

But Martinez insists he is going nowhere.

And that means Rodallega, 26, signed for £4.5m from Mexican club Necaxa in January 2009, could leave for nothing when his contract expires next summer.

Martinez said: “We wouldn’t consider any late offers for Hugo.”

The Wigan boss has £9.5m to spend from Charles N’Zogbia’s sale to Aston Villa and rates Manchester City wingers Vladimir Weiss, 21, and Shaun Wright-Phillips, 29.

He said: “I followed Vladimir at the World Cup and many teams would love to have Shaun.”
