Scott Linton grabbed a brace as Cowdenbeath recorded a blistering 5-1 win at Airdrie.
Things started well for the home side as Ryan Donnelly converted from 12 yards after just six minutes.
But the visitors grabbed two goals eight minutes before the break, first through Jon Robertson's neat finish on 37 minutes and then courtesy of Linton's long-range drive.
Lewis Coult slid home five minutes into the second-half to make it 3-1.
Coult then turned provider on 67 minutes, teeing up Linton who fired home from 18 yards to grab his second of the game.
Jordan Morton completed the rout with 12 minutes to play, profiting from Greg Stewart's pass to strike home from outside the box.
