Arbroath vs East Fife preview - Arbroath aim to fire out warning

Arbroath full-back Kieran McAnespie is a doubt for the visit of East Fife.
McAnespie is battling to be fit for the clash although he is the only concern with every other member of Paul Sheerin`s squad fit and free of suspension.
The Arbroath boss is keen to see his side show their Second Division rivals that Gayfield is going to be a fortress this season by seeing off one of the sides tipped to be involved in the race for promotion.
Sheerin said: "Our home form was the basis of winning the Third Division and I am looking for that to be case for a successful time in the Second Division as well.
"I expect East Fife to be chasing the Championship so it would be great if we could show that we are going to be extremely strong at home by getting a result in this game."
East Fife have selection worries ahead of the encounter with goalkeeper Mark Ridgers joining a handful of absentees having been ruled out with an elbow injury.
Andrew Cook, David White and Scott Dalziel continue to be sidelined while Robert Ogleby has also picked up a knock and is in the treatment room.
Nevertheless, manager John Robertson was being upbeat, and said: "That leaves us with 13 fit players and I jokingly told my assistant Gordon Durie he is on the bench.
"With squad sizes the way they are now, the players available are all what can be considered first-team players. It is not ideal to be short but we will just have to get on with things."
