Fabregas: Will not be moving to Milan, says Galliani

AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani has reiterated that neither Cesc Fabregas nor Kaka are on the Italian champions' radar this summer.

Arsenal captain Fabregas has been strongly linked with a £40million return to boyhood club Barcelona this summer, but reports recently emerged that the Rossoneri had joined the hunt for his signature.

Brazilian ace Kaka has also been tipped to re-sign at the San Siro after departing Milan for Real Madrid in 2009 and is thought to be valued at €50m (£43.8m).

But Galliani has moved to underline Milan's stance that both players are out of the Serie A club's price range.

"The return of Kaka at Milan is an impossible task," Galliani told Sky Sport Italia. "And the same goes for Fabregas.

"Italian football cannot afford to pay €50m for a player."

Chelsea and Manchester City have previously been linked with Kaka this summer, while Tottenham are believed to have emerged as his latest suitors.

Stay

Meanwhile, Galliani says he does not expect Antonio Cassano to go anywhere this summer after signing for the Rossoneri in January.

"If he doesn't ask us to leave he will remain at Milan," he said. "And up to now his agent has not asked us."

Galliani is also pleased to have Zlatan Ibrahimovic in his squad, who he rates as the world's top striker.

He added: "I think he's the best striker in the world and he's untouchable."
