AC Milan's Gennaro Gattuso: We want to beat Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana

AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso is hopeful the club can add the Supercoppa Italiana to its Scudetto success next month when it meets city rivals Inter in China.
The 33-year-old believes his side will be ready to beat its historic opponents on August 6 at the Beijing national stadium, and the Italian midfielder is up for the fight as the first silverware of the new season is up for grabs.
"First of all, we want to beat Inter in the Supercoppa," Gattuso told Il Corriere dello Sport.
"Inter are a very strong team, and their coach Gian Piero Gasperini is very well prepared."
On next season's title run, Gattuso feels that any one of a number of sides could emerge as a challenger to Milan's crown, adding: "It's not just Inter in the league. There is Napoli, Juventus and Roma, too."
The Supercoppa pairs the winners of Serie A against the Coppa Italia holders.
