GROUND FORCE ... Old Trafford will never flog off name
BOBBY CHARLTON says Manchester United will never rename their Old Trafford ground for cash - like neighbours City.
The Manchester United legend and club director believes it is just lower-league clubs short of money who should do it.
Last week City announced a £400million 10-year naming rights and shirt sponsorship deal with an Arab airline.
Now The City of Manchester Stadium - or Eastlands - is known as Etihad Stadium. But Charlton insists the name of Old Trafford will never change.
He said: "No, I don't think it will happen with us. It's not our business to tell City what they should be doing.
"When teams in the lower divisions are short of cash, then fair do's, good luck to them. They should do it."
