Gerrard: We Ken win the title

STEVEN GERRARD reckons it is only a matter of time before the Liverpool revolution brings title glory back to Anfield.
The Kop captain is convinced the Reds are making such giant strides he will reach the Holy Grail before he hangs up his boots.
Gerrard has won every domestic honour bar the big one — and would love nothing better than leading his home-town club to their first league crown in two decades.
He thinks that wait could be coming to an end at last, thanks to the transformation under returning messiah Kenny Dalglish.
Gerrard, 31, insisted: "What I can say is Liverpool will be back among the trophies sooner rather than later because we are moving in the right direction.
"We have got fantastic players, the structure of the club is healthy from top to bottom and that means the team won't be too far away from winning.
"It's difficult to say when because that adds pressure to the team, but we will get the championship again."
After Dalglish replaced Roy Hodgson in January — a move made permanent in May — the club's fortunes were transformed.
Their form in the second half of the season was bettered only by Chelsea and 19-time champions Manchester United.
The signing of Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll in January has been followed by Jordan Henderson's arrival this summer, with the likes of Charlie Adam and Stewart Downing expected too.
