Kashiwa increases lead in J-League

YAMANASHI, Japan (AP)—Junya Tanaka and Jorge Wagner scored two goals each Saturday as Kashiwa Reysol defeated Ventforet Kofu 4-1 to open up a four-point lead in the J-League.
Tanaka opened the scoring in the 28th minute with his seventh goal of the season and doubled the lead five minutes later with a left-footed shot from 15 meters (yards).
Mike Havenaar pulled one back for the hosts early in the second half but Wagner restored the two-goal lead with a free kick in the 60th.
Wagner completed the scoring 10 minutes from time with his second free kick and fifth goal of the season.
Kashiwa improved to 28 points, four ahead of Kawasaki Frontale, which drew with Kashima Antlers 2-2.
Vegalta Sendai, also on 24 points, plays at Shimizu S-Pulse on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Mazzolla scored as late as the 98th minute to earn Urawa Reds a 1-1 draw with champions Nagoya Grampus.
Noriyuki Sakemoto also grabbed a late equalizer to help Cerezo Osaka draw with Albirex Niigata 1-1. Jubilo Iwata defeated winless Avispa Fukuoka 2-1.
