The futures of Mirko Vucinic, Jeremy Menez and Marco Borriello have all come under scrutiny as they have been linked with departures.
However, Sabatini suggested there would not be major changes, though he claimed the club would continue to analyse what may work best for the future following the arrival of Luis Enrique as coach.
"Roma will not be reconstructed, the team is already functional and the structure moves forward each day," Sabatini told Radio Crc.
"There is no need for a complex overhaul, just a little integration. We have to adapt strategic choices in a fabric which already works well."
He then touched on reports linking David Pizzarro with Napoli, saying: "It is true that the player endured some unhappy moments, but these situations happen and it is only natural that misunderstandings occur.
"Certain dynamics exist in the game that sometimes can’t be controlled, but these are normal in the world of football.
"I’ll have to firstly speak with every one of our players and then we’ll take the necessary decisions."
