Being well rested also helps - and 30-year-old Crouch has been ensuring his bride-to-be has been getting plenty of shut-eye since the birth.
Abbey revealed: "Peter has been great and deals with Sophia Ruby when she wakes up in the middle of the night. He refuses to let me do it."
