Getafe vs Osasuna preview - Mendilibar - Let`s sort it ourselves

Osasuna coach Jose Luis Mendilibar wants his side to take control of their own destiny against fellow strugglers Getafe and secure Primera Division survival themselves rather than depend on other results.
Osasuna are within touching distance of safety thanks to their stunning second-half fightback against Sevilla in midweek, when they recovered from a 2-0 half-time deficit to win 3-2, netting twice in the last three minutes.
That was Osasuna's third successive victory and it lifted them up to 11th spot on 44 points, five clear of 18th-placed Real Zaragoza and the relegation zone, and four above 17th-placed Getafe heading into the final two games of the season.
It is looking good for Osasuna, but there is still work to be done.
"We're all aware of what we must do to stay up and we must not depend on other results. You cannot wait to see what happens at other grounds," Mendilibar said.
"We need to make sure of it and we'll be going to Madrid to win the game. With 44 points we could go down."
Getafe, who finished sixth last season, are in serious danger of bidding farewell to the top flight following a miserable 2011.
The Madrid-based club looked capable of challenging for a European spot at the end of 2010, but since the turn of the year they have won just three of their 20 league matches.
Twelve of those games have ended in defeat for Michel's men, including Tuesday's 4-0 mauling at local rivals Real Madrid.
Despite that however, Michel is in confident mood heading into the, saying in AS: "We know what we're playing for. We need to win and we are going to do it."
