Redknapp: City will stun us all

HARRY REDKNAPP reckons Manchester City have already signed players to "blow your brains out" next season.

The Tottenham boss has virtually given up on beating City to fourth place.

And he expects City owner Sheikh Mansour to fund more massive deals in the summer.

Redknapp, who takes his side to Eastlands tonight, said: "The man from Abu Dhabi has got so much money, I mean, it isn't like money to him is it?

"They tell me they've got one or two players signed already who'll blow your brains out.

"They aren't going to stop until they win the championship and even then the Champions League.

"They have got a strong squad which is only going to get better because they have got unlimited funds to buy anybody they want and they can pay the wages.

"They've got players now earning £200,000 a week. It's crazy."

Spurs are six points off City with three games left and may even miss out on Europa League qualification.

Redknapp admitted: "We've lost that little spark that makes the difference between turning draws into wins."

Scans confirmed Tottenham winger Gareth Bale has ruptured an ankle ligament but he is expected to be fit for the start of pre-season.
