Thomas Stewart, Kris Doolan and David Rowson all struck after the the break as Partick cruised to an impressive 3-0 win over second-placed Raith.
Stewart's angled drive from inside the penalty area was brilliantly saved at full stretch by Raith goalkeeper David McGurn just before the break.
But McGurn was powerless to prevent Stewart firing his second goal in successive matches soon after, the Partick midfielder unleashing an unstoppable 30-yard shot that arrowed into the bottom corner.
McGurn denied Stewart again in the 66th minute and parried Conrad Balatoni's goalbound effort four minutes later.
But Partick wrapped the points up in the 78th minute when Raith defender Mark Campbell was adjudged to have fouled David Rowson in the area and Doolan stepped forward to place his spot kick into the top corner.
Rowson struck a third for the home side with a fine 20-yard effort in stoppage time.
