Dundee will be without promising young striker Leighton McIntosh for their final home match of the season against Partick Thistle.
McIntosh has picked up a hamstring injury and he joins fellow frontman Sean Higgins on the sidelines.
Manager Barry Smith is keen to ensure that his players provide the right respond to what will be a party atmosphere in the ground.
He said: "After securing our safety last week this game will be seen as an opportunity for the fans to thanks the players and the players to thank the fans and we do not want it to fall flat.
"Everyone connected with the club has worked incredibly hard to keep us in the First Division but our focus first and foremost is on getting 3 points against Partick Thistle."
Thistle's interim boss Jackie McNamara is faced with an injury crisis ahead.
Simon Donnelly, Ryan MacBeth, John Robertson, Bryan Hodge, Paul Paton and Colin Stevenson all missing out.
The experienced David Rowson sits this game out through suspension, but Iain Flannigan is fit enough to make a return.
McNamara said: "It was good to get my first win last week against Morton and I want us to build on that.
"This should be a good attacking game in front of a good crowd and having so many players out gives others the opportunity to impress.
"They may not have been getting a game before but they have the perfect opportunity to show everyone what they can do now."
