Bayern Munich's Bastian Schweinsteiger major doubt for visit of Bayer Leverkusen

The Bavarian giants currently sit in fourth place in the Bundesliga, with victory over second-placed Leverkusen imperative if the club are to snatch the final Champions League qualifying spot from Hannover, who sit a point ahead of Louis van Gaal's men.
According to Bild, Schweinsteiger has been examined by club doctor Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt, who has ordered the midfielder to sit out of training on Friday and Saturday with the club monitoring the injury ahead of the visit of die Wekself on Sunday.
Bayern are already without last season's player of the year Arjen Robben, who begins a two-game suspension following his post-match outburst at referee Knut Kircher after last weekend's disappointing 1-1 draw away to Nuernberg.
Extra spice is added to the game with Leverkusen coach Jupp Heynckes set to join Bayern in the summer.
