Last autumn she told how she and prostitute pal Jenny Thompson went to bed with Rooney while Coleen, 25, was pregnant with son Kai.
A friend of Helen told The Sun: "She doesn't want to spoil Coleen's day but she always goes to the races."
Rooney wasn't there - but Liverpool star Joe Cole was with wife Carly.
