Raith Rovers vs Cowdenbeath preview - Injury crisis for Rovers ahead of derby

Raith will be without the suspended Stephen Simmons and Dougie Hill as well as the injured pair of Laurie Ellis and Iain Williamson for the visit of local rivals Cowdenbeath.
Stark's Park boss John McGlynn has left nothing to chance as he explained: "I went to watch Cowdenbeath on Tuesday night against Ross County and they put on a very committed display in fairly horrific weather conditions.
"They battled for their win then and they will battle for everything here as they need the three points just as much as we do.
"Jimmy Nicholl has done a terrific job with his team and they will be very hard but very respected opponents."
Cowdenbeath will again be without Joe Mbu, John Armstrong, Bob Malcolm and Colin Cameron as they look to climb into eighth place.
Blue Brazil boss Jimmy Nicholl has promised to attack his title-chasing Fife rivals saying: "This should be a cracking game and one where the team lower in the table may be looking to sit in, keep things tight and look for a point, but we are not aiming to do that."
"We will go and have a go like we did that last time we were there and were unlucky to go down 2-1.
"We defended stoutly against Ross County in midweek and we will need to defend stoutly at times in this game."
