East Fife vs Livingston preview - Fifers look to halt Livi train

East Fife boss John Robertson has promoted youngsters Ross Brown and Jonathan Devlin to his first-team squad for the visit of runaway league leaders Livingston.
Robertson has been impressed with the pair in youth-team games recently and is willing to give them a chance, however the Fifers will again be without Stevie Campbell, Robert Sloan and Jim Hamilton through injury.
Robertson is fulsome in his praise of Livi, saying: "They are the outstanding team in this league and they pose a huge threat as they have six outstanding players who can break forward and hurt you and that does not include a formidable substitutes' bench.
"They are the champions elect but if we can attack them like I know we can and defend then we are in with a real chance of taking something from this game."
Livingston have injury doubts over defender David Cowan and midfielder Keaghan Jacobs as they look to secure what would be a 12th victory in 13 games.
Centre-back Cameron MacDonald and winger Bobby Barr continue to be ruled out ahead of the clash.
Despite his side being 16 points clear of second-placed Ayr, Livi boss Gary Bollan is still sticking to his view that nothing has been achieved so far this season.
"We have never looked any further forward than the next game and that approach has done us well so far this season," he said.
"Games against East Fife have been high scoring recently but I would gladly settle for a 1-0 win this time out as that will be another three points in the bag."
