Andrew Jackson, the deputy Head of Features at Channel 4 told Heat magazine: ‘The perfect presenter is someone you perceive as real, who you’d want to meet down the pub. If their life becomes a tabloid soap opera and there are negative opinions it’s hard.’

He added: ‘With Coleen it’s difficult to relate to someone who forgives so easily – and it’s hard to come back from that.’
And while she once graced the cover of Vogue and was tipped as the next WAG to take over the fashion crown from Victoria Beckham, her style has since come into question.

However, Coleen is certainly not planning to take things lying down.

A spokesperson for the WAG told MailOnline: ‘Coleen is brand ambassador for Littlewoods and is contracted to design her own range. The first collection in the range, Autumn/Winter, has exceeded sales targets and the
Spring/Summer range has just been launched.'
'She has a long term contract with Argos, a lucrative contract with Hello! Magazine, and following the success of her previous perfumes is launching Butterflies at the end of March.'

And despite last years allegations that husband Wayne had slept with call girl Jennifer Thompson and her friend Helen Wood.

However, Closer reports that Coleen is hoping that a romantic weekend away with Wayne in May when the football season draws to a close will put the smile back on her face.

The magazine also speculates that the pair are also trying for another baby.
