Falkirk will be without midfielder Mark Millar for the visit of Cowdenbeath.

But Bairns manager Steven Pressley has an otherwise full-strength squad to choose from.

Pressley said: "Everyone has to be on their toes just now because if they don't play well someone will come in and take their jersey.

"Some people have mentioned Raith Rovers and Dunfermline dropping points in games this week to me, but I haven't heard the players discussing it, which is great as it shows their only focus is Falkirk.

"Cowdenbeath will be out to make it difficult and restrict our opportunities, but we have plenty of creative players that can give them problems."

Cowdenbeath manager Jimmy Nicholl is sweating on the fitness of central defender Joe Mbu.

Mbu has been absent from training all week after going down with a virus, but John Dempster and Jon Robertson are both available after shaking off knocks. Long term absentees Dene Droudge and Danny Mackay remain unavailable.

Nicholl, whose squad concentrated on defending in training this week after conceding three first-half goals last weekend against Raith, said: "I organised a special training session with just the defenders and we went through a lot of things that needed improving.

"Hopefully we'll see some of that against Falkirk because we've got to defend a lot better than we have been doing."
