Leaders Raith could be without five players for their top-versus-bottom clash with Stirling Albion.

Midfield powerhouse Iain Davidson starts a two-game ban and manager John McGlynn will hand Mark Campbell, Stephen Simmons, Willie Dyer and John Baird late fitness tests.

McGlynn said: "I'll give the players every opportunity to be fit, but at this stage I don't know if I'll even have one of them available.

"We achieved a good result against Stirling at the beginning of the month and I'd gladly settle for that again."

The Kirkcaldy boss added: "Concentrating on one game at a time has served us well all season and that will continue to be our approach."

Stirling welcome back Jonathan Brown and Scott Robertson from suspension.

Albion will be without injured goalkeeper Callum Reidford again and defenders Greig MacDonald and Martyn Corrigan, but trialist striker Tom Brighton will be included for his second successive game.

Recently appointed manager Jocky Scott said: "We showed good character against Queen of the South to come back to score a late goal to get a point in midweek and we'll need more of that in this game.

"We played Raith Rovers in my first game and were poor defensively, so this game will give me a measure of how much we have improved on the playing side."
