Queens too strong for Cowdenbeath

Queen of the South collected back-to-back victories as they eased to a 3-0 win over Cowdenbeath.
The Doonhamers attacked from the outset and it was no surprise when Paul Burns opened the scoring for the hosts.
The midfielder latched on to William McLaren's through ball before coolly slotting past David Hay in the 20th minute.
Brian Fairbairn nearly grabbed a scarcely deserved equaliser for Cowdenbeath but his 30-yard free-kick produced a fine save from David Hutton.
However, Queens doubled their lead in the 34th minute when Ryan Conroy's 20-yard volley rocketed past Hay.
McLaren failed to open his account when he struck wide from 12 yards but he was not to be denied a second time as he fired home from close range in the 80th minute.
