Ramos eager to get started

Spain defender Sergio Ramos admits the European champions are now champing at the bit ahead of their World Cup opener against Switzerland on Wednesday.

Coach Vicente Del Bosque is just happy to have all of his Spain players available for selection. Fernando Torres, Cesc Fabregas and Andres Iniesta all suffered injuries in recent months but have recovered.

Switzerland coach Ottmar Hitzfeld will be forced to make changes to his team with news that captain Alexander Frei and Valon Behrami will play no part due to ankle and thigh injuries respectively.
