Manchester United Boss Sir Alex Ferguson: No Bitterness Or Regrets Over Carlos Tevez's Move To Manchester City

Scot not bothered by the success the Argentine has had...
Sir Alex Ferguson insists he has "no regrets" about Manchester United's failure to sign Carlos Tevez on a permanent basis, despite the Argentine's fine goalscoring form this season.
The Argentine international enjoyed two successful seasons on long-term loan at Old Trafford, but joined rivals Manchester City last summer in acrimonious circumstances.
With the two teams set to face-off on Saturday, Ferguson insists he doesn't dwell on his failure to keep Tevez at the club — despite the forward notching 22 league goals to date.
"I have no regrets whatsoever," said the United boss in his Friday press conference.
"There is no bitterness from me. Players leave here from time to time. Some do well, others don't. We move on."
Tevez has scored 13 goals in 2010, more than any other Premier League player. But Ferguson pointed to his lack of competition at Eastlands, believing he would have struggled for games had he still been at Old Trafford.
"I cannot dispute that he is having a great goalscoring season," Ferguson acknowledged.
"Carlos had a good first season with us, I must admit, but in the second he didn't feature in as many games."
