Glass heads casualty list

Dunfermline look set to be without up to five players for the visit of Queen of the South.
Midfielder Stephen Glass is already ruled out along with strikers Graham Bayne and Andy Kirk.
Midfielder Scott Muirhead and winger Joe Cardle are rated as doubts with Steven McDougall and Ross Campbell on stand-by for starting places.
Dunfermline are slowly running out of games to eat into the 11-point gap that leaders Dundee hold on them and a win over Queen of the South is a must for Jim McIntyre's men.
East End Park assistant boss Gerry McCabe is looking forward to the encounter saying: "It is always a good game with Queen of the South and we owe them after they won here 4-1 earlier in the season."
Queen of the South will be without Jordan McMillan.
The on-loan Rangers full-back will be absent because of a hamstring injury with centre-back David Lilley's participation dependant on a late fitness check.
The Dumfries side are in the middle of a four game run of away games and manager Gordon Chisholm is hoping that his men recreate the form that has seen them win twice at East End Park this season.
He said: "This league is really tight so to go on a run of four away games is not ideal and we have to ensure that we gather as many points as we can before we return to Palmerston.
"It would be good to have David's experience available to us as Dunfermline can pose a lot of problems up front."
