Alloa slip to surprise defeat

Dumbarton claimed their first win in five games with a shock 3-1 win over 10-man Alloa.
The league leaders had not lost in the league since mid-November but they fell behind when Davie Winters crossed to Ben Gordon and his close-range header beat Davie Crawford in the 17th minute.
Jim Chapman's men doubled their advantage two minutes after half-time when Alan Cook's 20-yard free-kick flew into the net.
Scott Walker fouled Dennis Wyness in the area, and after the defender was dismissed for a second bookable offence, Ross Clark powered home a penalty.
The visitors looked to narrow the deficit, and although Bryan Prunty was denied by Jan Vonacek, the Wasps did grab a consolation when Chris Smith put the ball into his own net in the 62nd minute.
