Eddie May's future as Falkirk manager was in doubt on Thursday with reports claiming he has resigned.
The Bairns have struggled since May took over from John Hughes in the summer.
His tenure began with an embarrassing exit from the Europa League qualifiers at the hands of Liechtenstein-based minnows FC Vaduz and the 1-0 defeat to Kilmarnock on Wednesday night left them bottom of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League with 17 points.
