Gorlitz to leave Bayern

Bayern Munich full-back Andreas Gorlitz has revealed he will be looking for a new club this winter.
The 27-year-old returned to Bayern in the summer after spending two seasons on loan at Karlsruhe, but he has been unable to prove his worth to coach Louis van Gaal. Although Gorlitz was on the bench for Sunday's 0-0 draw at Stuttgart, his first-team chances have been restricted to just one appearance in the DFB-Pokal.
"I have an agreement with the club that I can leave in the winter," he said. "I want to play."
Gorlitz's contract is due to expire next summer so it is likely he will be sold on the cheap following an injury-disrupted spell with the Bavarian side.
He tore cruciate knee ligaments only months after joining Bayern in 2004 and only really returned to the team after several setbacks two years later.
He had also made two appearances for Germany before his fitness problems, despite excelling in the Karslruhe team which was relegated last season.
