Grafite set for disciplinary talks

Wolfsburg coach Armin Veh is to hold disciplinary talks with striker Grafite for the second time in a week after he was shown the red card in Wednesday night's goalless Champions League draw with Besiktas.
Grafite lost his place in the Wolves' starting XI for the first time in 15 months last weekend after he had criticised Veh for substituting him in previous games and the pair cleared the air in Veh's office - but the clouds have moved back in once again after Wednesday night's dismissal.
"We will have to talk about it because he shouldn't be doing something like that," said Veh afterwards.
The red card in the 74th minute may have appeared harsh, but Veh was not keen on defending his striker, who has lost his way this season after scoring 28 goals and being voted Germany's player of the year last term.
"You can give a red card for that," added the Wolfsburg coach, who has at least been given an easy excuse to leave Grafite out of the return fixture on November 3.
The Wolves now need to win that game to keep up the pressure on Manchester United at the top of Group B and try to keep third-placed CSKA Moscow at a safe distance behind them.
"We are capable of winning away from home and that is what we now have to do in Istanbul," added Veh.
"We can be happy with the game, but obviously not with the result because we wanted three points."
Wolfsburg trail group leaders United by five points, but have a one-point advantage over Moscow and remain three clear of Besiktas at the midway stage of the group phase.
