SOUNDBITE: (English) Andrey Kryukov, vice-chairman of Almaty 2022 bid:(on the continuing progress of Kazakhstan in the economic world)

"If you imagine our country 20 years ago, would have been different than now. And we are working now very hard to be integrated into international community, to be fully member of a new modern world. And as you know, two days ago, I just can tell you that our country was signed with the World Trade Organisation (WTO), the agreement about our partnership and our membership in this respectable organisation. And this is one of the steps which we work on our country, our country (has) worked for this step 19 years. Now we are in WTO. It's a big, big step forward in our country."
