    SOUNDBITE: (English) Judy Murray:

"I think that what that shows is that gender is not important. It's all about the skillset and the knowledge and the experience and obviously having a personality fit. But I think that the attention from the media and from the public that that appointment of Amelie has got has actually raised awareness of the fact that women coaches can operate at the very highest level of the game and that more people should be brave enough to give them a chance."

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Judy Murray:

"I think you have to work harder to make things happen on the women's side than you do on the men's side. I certainly have felt that from my work within our tennis federation. I think the profile of men's tennis is very much higher in this country than it is of women's. I've worked hard with the Fed Cup team to raise the profile of our female side of things."
