    Script:

SOUNDBITE: (English) Serena William (on getting over the 6-0, 6-2 defeat to Simona Halep)

"Well really I have to say I wasn't able to pull out the disappointment. I had, my coach Patrick (Mouratoglou) really helped me out, like really, really, really though because I was really down and really out and, I honestly didn't even want to play. I thought I was, for me when you lose you should be out of the tournament and I lost and I felt like I was out of the tournament and, he was so positive and I don't, it was just, it was such, it was really good for me to hear that because it was the only reason I was able to play so well today."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Serena William (on what she will learn from the last couple of days' experiences):

"Well, going forward if I lose I lose, so I won't have, the next day to have to come back and play a match and doubles, but, I just always got to keep fighting and, I'm still learning things even though I've ben on tour for a long time. It's still good to know and to learn things."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Serena William (asked how she would feel if she fails to reach the semi-finals):

"Well I feel great. I ended with a win, I tried my best and, I'd love to end my year with a win, so that would be good, it's probably even the best option for me!"
